Yatchan – Review

Vishnuvardhan knows the pulse of audience and his movies will have a racy script that strike a chord with the masses. Joining the long list of movies from Vishnu’s kitty is Yatchan. His admiration of Ajith comes to the fore in Yatchan that has Arya, Kreshna, Deepa Sannidhi and Swathy in key roles. The movie has story by writers Suba. The travails in the lives of two men make up the film. Sprinkled with comedy, Yatchan has enough to engage young audience. Vishnu’s lucky mascot Arya plays the lead while his brother Kreshna plays an aspiring actor. With a strong technical team comprising Yuvanshankar Raja, editor Sreekar Prasad and cameraman Om Prakash by his side, he has won the battle even before it began. Arya plays a hardcore Ajith fan. His movies are his life. He goes all extreme to celebrate them. In a turn of events, he is compelled to leave his town and land in Chennai. Kreshna is an aspiring actor and he wants to make it big in Kollywood. He comes to Chennai. Both have problems to face in Chennai and Arya accidentally fills Kreshna’s shoes. What happens when Deepa Sannidhi comes across Arya and Kreshna. Arya is tailor-made for the job. He pulls it off in style. Kreshna is bubbly and energetic. M S Baskar and S J Suryah chip in well. Arya is an asset to the sctipt. He pulls it off well while Kreshna’s energy make it a racy affair. Swathy looks cute and performs the best. Deepa Sannidhi is okay. All said, it is an entertaining fare.
