Kamal Hassan met Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday seeking support for the film industry.
The Vishwaroopam star, during the meeting at the Secretariat here, urged Kejriwal to contribute to the growth of the industry by smothering the process of clearances and permissions for film shooting in the national capital.
Kejriwal said that he would like more film shoots in the capital. ‘We are also planning a film city and a separate body for the industry headed by professionals to make things easier for shoots to happen,’ he said.
