Horror movies with taut screenplay never fail to entertain masses. It has to have enough elements in it to engage audience and tie them to their seats. Steps in director Srinath Ramalingam with Unakennavenum Sollu. A poetic title but loaded with eerie moments. A series of events that sends chill down the spine of a few is hat the movie is ll about and how they overcome it forms the crux. Jacquline Prakash, Gunalan Morgan, Mime Gopi, Deepak Paramesh take the centrestage in the film. They all have got under the skin of the character to excel. Pooja (Jaqulene Prakash) and Shiva (Gunalan Morgan), come all the way from Singapore to treat their son who develops a rare disease. When they stay in Pooja’s ancestoral house, they come across some eerie moments. Also is also Karthik (Deepak Paramesh), who encounters some chilling things in his life. How and what happens in their lives makes up the movie. Jacquline is the scene-stealer. She does a superb show and Mime Gopi chips in well. The director deserves a pat for narrating events in an interesting manner. Three cheers to the director for a super show. Unakkenna Venum Sollu – Gripping Thriller.
