Actor-cum-producer Arundpandian, who had acted in many films has turned producer with Savale Samali. A fun-filled entertainer that has bounds of jokes and catchy fun lines. Ashok selvan, Bindhu Madhavi, Jagan, Urvashi, Karunaas, Kanja Karuppu, M S Bhaskar amonmg others play prominent part. The movie revolves around Ashok Selvan, aspires to become a VJ and joins a channel owned by Karunaas. How the team develops a non-performing TV channel and turns it into a winner with humorous content is what Savale Samali all about, Sathyasiva has laced the film with romance and humour. Thaman music is racy while ShelvaKumar captures Chennai bright and beautiful. Ashok Selvan plays his part well. He had done serious films in the past like Thegidi and hence it is a pleasure to see him play comical role with ease. Bindhu Madhavi apt for the role while Jagan does play a wonderful character. Sathyasiva’s Savale Samali is a treat for those who love comedy.
