Tamil cinema is opening to new ideas and innovative themes. Joining the list is Indru Netru Naalai. A science fiction film by debutant director Ravikumar.
The movie stars Vishnu, Miaa George and Karunakaran. Produced by C.V, Kumar for his Thirukumaran Entertainments. It is co-produced by Studio Green. The movie has music by Hip Hop Aadhi.
It is about two persons and their travel to different time spaces. The director has managed to pace it well and the fact that science fiction films has been made in such a way that it manages to leave an impression with the masses.
Vishnu is impressive and his comedy portion with Karunakaran is good. Watch out for Miaa George. Though she has got very limited space, she does utilise it well and deliver a packed performance. she is refreshingly different from Amarakaviyam.
Jayaprakash, Sai Ravi and Anupama Kumar play supporting roles well.
Music by Hop Hop Adhi is good and suits the theme well.
Cinematographer Vasanth has made it colourful and bright.
A refreshingly different film, Indru Netru Naalai is a perfect watch.
