Nadigar Sangam president Sarath Kumar today filing a criminal case against Sarath Kumar shocked many in film industry.
He filed a case with Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Egmore alleging that Vishal has been hurling abuses against him and making needless charges with an attempt to tarnish his image.
He also filed deafamation case demanding Rs 10 Cr as comensation.
Sarath Kumar came along with his supporters and filed the case.
Sarath Kumar and Vishal are pitted against each other in the Nadigar Sangam elections. The polls would take place on 18 October.
