Trisha will be Mammootty’s female lead in director Uday Ananthan’s White. Interestingly it is the debut venture of Trisha in Malayalam.
Trisha replaces Bollywood actor Huma Qureshi, who was earlier announced as the film’s heroine. As per reports, the postponement in schedules made it difficult for Huma to accept the role.
Trisha is currently acting in Thooingavanam, Aranmanai 2 and Nayaki.
