The office-bearers of Nadigar Sangam led by its president Nasser today called on Tamilnadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and handed over a cheque to Flood Relief Fund Fund.
He was accompanied by the treasurer Karthi and vice presidents Ponvannan and Karunaas.
Various actors and actresses contributed generously for the flood relief through Nadigar Sangam including Rajinikanth, Vikram, Saroja Devai, Nayanthara, Sri Divya, suriya, Karthi among others.
A cheque for a sum of Rs 1.10 crore was handed over to the Chief Minister.
