The shooting of Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Theri’ is all done.
Directed by Atlee, of ‘Raja Rani’ fame, the movie has Vijay playing the role of a police officer. Sources say many action scenes were shot recently.
The film starring Vijay, Samantha and Amy Jackson in the lead roles has music composed by GV Prakash.
Actress Meena’s daughter will be making her debut in this film, while veteran director Mahendran is making his comeback as villain in this project. George C Williams handles the camera for ‘Theri’.
Buzz is that the makers are planning a gala audio launch this March and release the movie in April-end of May first week.
Now that with no IPL involving Chennai Super Kings, producers heave a sigh of relief this summer vacation.
