Perhaps for the first time in the history of Tamil cinema, the Nadigar Sangam polls seems not to have spared even a top actor like Kamal Haasan.
The startling claims by incumbent president Sarath Kumar yesterday that Kamal Haasan is instigating ‘Pandavar Ani’ led by Vishal to contest against him, has surprised many.
In an interview to a private TV channel he alleged that Kamal Haasan is the one who is the one behind the Vishal group. ‘Kamal proposing the candidature of Nasser was enough to prove it’.
He also lashed out at Kamal Haasan saying that he was thankless. ‘I sat for over 36 hours to resolve issues and ensure smooth release of Uttama Villain when it faced troubles’.
Kamal Haasan has so far not reacted to Sarath’s outburst.
