He was admitted to a hospital in Porur. The lyricist who rose to fame with several hit movies has fallen on bad time. His family has been unable to pay his medical expenses.
Actor Vishal who came to know about this has come forward to help them. He has donated Rs 25,000 through his Trust to the family.
The actor has also promised more help if needed.
