Samantha Ruth Prabhu is more than just an actress. The pretty lady, who founded Pratyusha Support, an NGO that provides medical support for women and children, has now extended the service of the organisation to Tamilnadu.
The NGO has teamed up with Meenakshi Mission Hospital in Chennai to help children and women.

Recently, the organisation, came to the help of a five year old child, who lost her left leg in a road accident at the age of one. The child underwent artificial limb replacement.
