The filmmaker is in talks with Chiyaan Vikram to revive his much-anticipated spy thriller.
Apart from directing the movie, Gautham is likely to be one of the producers.
Dhuruva Natchathiram was dropped to various reasons. The flick was actually to have Suriay in the lead, however, the makers are now trying to rope in Vikram.
Vikram who is busy with several films in his kitty is likely to start shooting this movie, if he signs the dotted line, next year.
He is presently shooting for Vijay Chander film in December. He also has Saamy 2 in his kitty.
