In a rare occurrence actor Vijay meet superstar Rajinikanth and had a brief interaction with him.
It so happen that both the actors were shooting at the same location MGR Film City for their respective movie – Baairava and 2.0 respectively.
Vijay who was wrapping up the shoot for his movie came to know that Shankar and Rajinikanth were filming 2.0 in the adjacent floor. He though fit to visit the latter and paid a courtesy visit.
Interestingly the two did not take a photo together since, Rajinikanth was in his Chitti costume and Shankar did not want any part of the movie to be out before the release.
