Karthi’s latest release Kashmoraa was a big hit. Now we learn that the actor will soon be playing the role of a cop in director Vinod’s upcoming flick.
Titled Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru the movie is said to be an action thriller. Karthi is said to be playing an investigative cop Dheeran.
The flick is to be produced by SR Prabhu’s Dream Warrior Pictures. Rakul Preet Singh has been signed to play the female lead.
The shoot is expected to begin in January as Karthi is currently shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai. Talks are on for a sequel to this flick.
