This comes as a suprise move to G V Prakash fans, as the composer turned actor’s movie Bruce Lee is out of the Pongal race.
The movie which was supposed to hit the screens on 13 January has been pulled out as the producers did not want to have a clash at the box office.
However, inside sources state a different reason for the movie being postponned.
It may be recalled Bruce Lee was supposed to release alongside Bairavaa, Parthiepan’s directorial Kodita Idangalai Nirappuga (KIN) and Puriyatha Puthir.
Bruce Lee which got a U is directed by newcomer Prasanth Pandiraj. A black comedy, it has Kriti Kharbanda playing the female lead.
It is bankrolled by Selva Kumar of Kenanya Films. Rajendran, Balasaravanan, Ramdoss, Anandaraj and Mansoor Ali Khan play key roles.
