The recent demonetisation has not affected Simbu starrer Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada (AYM) as theatres are running houseful show.
The movie has opened in over 600 screens all over India. It was out in Tamil and Telugu.
Happy with the outcome Gautham Vasudev Menon, the director of the flick has tweeted, ‘And thank you to the few others. To the genuine rest who hated the film, there is a next time hopefully.’
Manjima Mohan played the female lead. It has been produced by Ondraga Entertainment and has music by AR Rahman.
Recently, Rahman visited one of the screens at a multiplex in the city to see audience response to his tunes.
The Oscar winner’s presence was unnoticed by many and he left the place visibly happy at the output.
