This June, Zee Tamil is going all out to introduce new programs that stand apart with high entertainment value.
Rekka Katti Parakkudhu Manasu is a brand, new soap that is to be launched on June 19th. This will be an emotional drama with plenty of twists and turns that promise to keep viewers engrossed.
The soap is set in a village. The protagonist Tamil is the eldest son of Jayaraj Devar who is a powerful political bigwig and minister. Tamil is a body builder, farmer and a school dropout with a happy-go-lucky attitude. His love interest Anjali is an urban–bred smart lady who comes to the village as a teacher.
Tamil’s younger brother Shakthi is a spoilt brat who throws lavish parties to keep himself in the limelight. He is married to Nandita, a domineering woman from a political family. She wants to control the entire family and keeps thwarting Tamil’s attempts at marriage since she will lose importance once he gets married.
The soap shows how Anjali and Tamil fall in love and how the cunning plans of Nandita are handled. Tamil’s role is played by Siddharth, contestant in Zee Tamil’s non-fiction shows like Dance Jodi Dance & Dancing Khilladies. Sameera plays Anjali and is currently acting in Pagal Nilavu.
