Nadigar Sangam mulls legal action against Sarath.
The Nadigar Sangam will initiate legal action against former president R Sarathkumar and general secretary Radharavi for not suibmitting accounts of the association.
A press release here said, ‘accounts of Nadigar Sangam for a period of six months from April to October, 2015 has not been submitted. Also the Nadigar Sangam Charitable Trust accounts for 2013 till this year has also not been submitted by the previous management’.
‘Though we made repeated pleas to the Sarathkumar and Radharavi to get the accounts submitted, they have failed to do so,’ the release said and added, ‘the accounts should be tabled before the General Council meeting of the association and should be ratified.’
‘Hence for the welfare of the association and its members, we are compelled to initiate legal action against them, if they fail to submit accounts to us soon’.
