Former general secretary of Nadigar Sangam Radharavi has said that he is ready to face the legal issue including complaint with Economic Offence wing against them by SIFAA.
It may be recalled that president of the association Nasser has said that cases will be filed against Sarathkumar, Radharavi for not filing accounts of previous terms of the association Radharavi ion a TV interview, said, ‘Let them go ahead and complain. We are ready to face anything and ecerything’.
At an emergency meeting of the Nadiugar Sangam on Sunday, the aassociation passed a resolution to cancel building deal with SPI Cinemas. They have also issued a showcause notice to Sarath Kumar and team for not filing accounts of previous years. This was announced by president Nasser at a press conference in Chennai Sunday.
Speaking to media, Nasser said it has been three months since Nadigar Sangam requested for the complete accounts of the SIAA for the year 2014-15 and accounts of the Charitable Trust for the years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.
