It seems all works to kickstart shoot for Vada Chennai starring Dhanush has begun.
The movie has Samantha in the lead and it brings together Vettrimaran and Dhanush together after Aadukalam.
A huge jail set has been erected for the film and the team is planning to shoot major portions of first schedule there.
Vada Chennai is about the story of the underworld network in North Chennai spanning across three to four decades.
Samantha will play a North Chennai girl in the movie. Andrea Jeremiah is also part of the cast while Santhosh Narayanan will score the music.
