Directed by Anand Shankar, the shoot for Vikram starrer Iru Mugan has been completed.
The last leg of the schedule was held in Chennai and the movie has moved to the post-production stage.
The trailer and audio of the flick will be out on 2 August and the movie would be released on 1 September.
A mystery thriller, Vikram plays a dual role in the role – a RAW officer and transgender villain.
Iru Mugan has two heroines, Nayanthara and Nithya Menen while Karunakaran and Thambi Ramaiah will be seen in comic roles.
Nayanthara plays an undercover secret agent. Music is by Harris Jayaraj. The movie is bankrolled by Shibu Thameens.
