Director Venkat Prabhu’s upcoming flick Chennai 28 – Second Innings is all set to hit the screens.
Now the news about the movie is that it has received tax exemption from the Tamil Nadu Government. Produced by Venkat Prabhu under the banner Black Ticket Company, the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights is with Abishek Films. Music is by Yuvanshankar Raja.
Most of the characters from the first part have been maintained by the makes. Jai, Shiva, Premji, Nithiin Sathya, Vijay Vasanth, Vaibhav and Sampath Raj are some of them.
However there is a new addition in the form of Mahat Raghavendra of Mankatha fame. He plays a mute character from Madurai.
