The latest to join the Tamil remake of the film Queen is Amy Jackson. The actress is said to be playing the role of Lisa Haydon in the original.
Sources say since Amy Jackson is of foreign origin and the role in the film is something similar she would suit it. Tamannaah will reprise the role of Kangana Ranaut.
The flick will be directed by actress Revathi in Telugu and Tamil. The original was made by director by Vikas Bahl. Actor-director Thiagarajan holds the remake rights of Queen.
The film will have dialogues in both the languages by actress Suhasini Mani Ratnam and will be produced by Thiyagarajan.
Queen, a 2013 Hindi film, is a comedy drama film featuring Kangana Ranaut in the lead role, with Lisa Haydon and Rajkummar Rao playing supporting roles.
The film is about an under-confident Punjabi girl from New Delhi embarks on her honeymoon to Paris and Amsterdam by herself after her fiancé calls off their wedding.
