Both are successful actors and have been in a relationship for a long time. Actress Samanthana got engaged to Naga Chaitanya at a private ceremony in Hyderabad yesterday.
The low-key event was attended by close family friends and some big stars. Their wedding is slated to happen sometime in the end of this year.
Says Nagarjuna on twitter, ‘#Chaisam It’s official now. My mother is my daughter now. Couldn’t be happier!!.’
It may be recalled that Samantha acted as Nagarjuna’s mother and daughter in the Telugu movie Manam and hence the reference, ‘my mother is my daughter’.
He went on to add, ‘#Chaisam…can’t express my happiness in words!!’
The engagement was similar to Akhil’s event, where only close relatives of Akkineni family and some big stars attended.
