Award winning director, Bramma is confident that his upcoming flick Magalir Mattum, will portray women in a strong character.
A women-centric flick, the movie has Jyothika playing the lead. She plays Prabha, a documentary filmmaker.
Speaking about the core idea, Bramma says, ‘There are a lot of things about women that need to be spoken about. Women-centric subjects, in general, still remain unexplored and my film is an attempt to fill the vacuum. While it’s not an out-andout women’s film, it does feature them in very strong characters.’
Magalir Mattum is produced by 2D Entertainment banner and features Nassar, Livingston, Saranya, Bhanupriya, Urvashi, Maya Sundarakrishnan and Luthfudeen Baasha in lead characters.
Music is by Ghibran, cinematography by Manikandan, editing by C S Prem.
