After a tese Thursday night, the KDMs for Maari was released to ensure smooth release for the movie. Initially on Thursday evening almost all premiere was cancelled which let loose speculations that the release may be delayed.
However the producers reportedly settled the financial disputers leading to smooth release of Maari.
Sources say, ‘There was an issue with the clearances to come from Gemini lab. There were some dues that needed to be given and they have waited till the last minute to exert pressure. This was a little after 11 pm which effectively meant that theatres had given up on a midnight premiere in those centres, by then’.
