Rakul Preet Singh, who plays the lead role opposite Ram Charan in bilingual Bruce Lee, was in Chennai, Friday for the audio launch of the film.
She is a familiar face in Tamil cinema for she had acted in a couple of films – Puthagam and Yennamo Etho.
‘Bruce Lee 2 – The Fighter’ has Arun Vijay as baddie in the movie. Nadhiya, Sampath, Shayaji Shinde among others form part of the cast. Directed by Srinu Vaitla, the Tamil version is produced by Bhadrakali Prasad.
The dialogues are penned by ARK Rajaraja. Cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa. Music is by S S Thaman.
Says Rakul Preet, ‘I admired Ram Charan a lot during the shoot. Despite coming from a big family, he is very grounded. His high energy levels and dedication amazed me’.
