Sarathkumar faces more trouble

Nadigar Sangam has issued a show-cause notice to its former president R Sarathkumar and other ex-office-bearers for non-submission of accounts.

The new committee lodged police complaint a few weeks back against Sarathkumar, former general secretary Radharavi, ex-treasurer Vaagai Chandrasekar and a few others for alleged mishandling of Nadigar Sangam funds.

Now the new administration has reportedly decided to temporarily remove Sarathkumar, Radharavi and Chandrasekar from the sangam’s membership, if they fail to respond to the notice in a proper manner.

‘Depending on Sarathkumar’s reply to the show-cause notice we will take the matter forward legally,’ said Nasser.

The new administration of Nadigar Sangam led by Nasser has been taking action on various issues pertaining to Nadigar Sangam and it has also started working towards the solution for various long term requirements such as a new building for the Sangam.

The team of office-bearers has also been auditing the books of accounts pertaining to the tenure of the previous office-bearers.
