The latest to join the bandwagon of Vettrimaran’s Vada Chennai is actor Vijay Sethupathi. The actor will play a cameo in the gangster trilogy.
Dhanush, who plays the lead in the flick confirmed that Vijay Sethupathi was indeed part of the script. He said on twitter,’ Vijay Sethupathi will be playing a very important extended cameo in vada chennai. Very happy :).’
Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films and Lyca Productions are bankrolling the project. The shoot for Vada Chennai is going on in full swing at Binny Mills, Perambur. A huge jail set has been erected for the purpose.
Actor Kishore who was previously seen in Vetrimaaran’s Polladhavan and Aadukalam plays a prominent role in Vada Chennai. Amala Paul is likely to play the female lead. Comedian turned politician Karunas is also part of the cast.
Vada Chennai is one of the many movies that Vijay Sethupathi has signed up for this year. The actor has already given three hits for 2016.
