Nadigar Sangam has denied allegations levelled against them by its ex-president Sarathkumar that they had acted with vendetta against him.
A formal cheating case was filed by Poochi Murugan on behalf of Nadigar Sangam Trust that during his previous tenure, Sarathkumar along with the then general secretary Radha Ravi and treasurer Vagai VChandrasekhar have misappropriated Rs 1.65 crore from trust accounts.
In his reply, Sarath said a few in Nadigar Sangam have acted with personal vendetta.
A press release was issued by Nadigar Sangam, which said that it on behalf of the trust that a complaint has been lodged and moreso there are evidences that the money has been misappropriated.
