Suriya’s 24 that is hitting the screens on 6 May will release in 2,150 screens worldwide. Speaking at a press meet today, the distributor of the movie, K E Gnanavelraja, confirmed this.
Director of the movie, Vikram Kumar, thanked his actors, producers and all technicians. He says, ‘Actor Suriya was supportive as well. 24 is a kind of a script which is not usual, but he gave all of his efforts.’
Suriya, who plays a triple role in the sci-fi flick, says, ‘This is an important film in my career and we completely enjoyed doing this project.’
Speaking about his co-stars and technicians, he adds, ‘Actress Samantha is very beautiful and hard working. Nithya Menen did her role exceedingly well. Visuals play a major part in 24, cinematography by S Tirru are stunning’.
24 is produced by Suriya under his own banner 2D Entertainment and Studio Green respectively. It has music by maestro A R Rahman.
