Actor Suriya has become the latest victim to a rumour. The actor has been reported to have demanded a huge sum of money to attend the Hindu Youth Forum meet in Malaysia.
The news spread like wildfire and this became the hot topic of discussion at several social networking sites.
Putting these rumours to a halt, Suriya has issued a press release stating ‘I was neither approached by anyone nor did I demanded money from them. I am actually unaware of such a meet’.
He said, ‘I have been doing my best for the society in my own way and sad that wrong reports are spread about me. I urge all to co-operate in my efforts and not malign my name’
