Cine Musicians Association has thanked Chief Minister J Jayalaliuthaa for providing financial assistance to veteran musician Govardhan.
In a press release here, the association presient S A Rajkumar has said that he is thankful on behalf of the to Jayalalithaa fo the motherly affection shown on ailing musician Govardhan and helping him out.
Considering his plight, Jayalalithaa ordered providing him the help recently.
Govardhan had worked as music assistant to veteran film music composers in 1960s and 70s.
