A.R. Rahman visits Sathyam Cinemas to see AYM

AR Rahman was recently seen at a screen in Sathyam Cinemas. The Oscar winning composer has apparently come to the theatres to see how his movie, Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada (AYM), was fairing well. Sources say he wanted to have first hand information about the audiences’ response to the film’s music. Clad in a simple shirt and jean, the composer’s presence went unnoticed as he walked by several visitors to the multiplex. He entered one of the screens where the movie was screened and watched how audiences responded to his tracks and left. Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada stars Simbu and Manjima Mohan played the female lead. It has been directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. The movie opened in over 600 screens all over India and was out in Tamil and Telugu.
