After producing Puli, producer P T Selvakumar is coming out with his next Pokirri Raja.
It would feature Jiiva, Hansika and Sibiraj in the lead roles. More iterestingly it happens to be Jiiva’s 25th film in Tamil cinema.
The movie is being directed by Ramprakash Rayappa of Tamizhuku En Ondrai Azhuthavvum fame. Pokirri Raja has music by D Imman and popular Telugu cinematographer Aanji is cranking the camera.
Cosmo Siva has snapped the Tamil Nadu distribution rights of the film.
When asked, sources say that the title sits the story well and hence we chose it.
‘It has nothing to do with Rajinikanth’s yesteryear title the same.’
