Nadigar Sangam today cancelled the building deal with SPI Cinemas today at Saidapet Court.
They settled the amount to SPI Cinemas, who entered into an agreement to build a multiplex with previous set of office-bearers of Nadigar Sangam.
It may be recalled that Vishal, Nasser among others had challenged the decision of ex president Sarathkumar in entering deal with SPI Cinemas and said that they would build one on their own.
It was the bone of contention in the recent elections to the association in which Nasser, Vishal team defeated Sarath Kumar & company.
They promised that if elected to power they would cancel the deal.
