Acclaimed filmmaker Bramma, who made the National-award winning movie Kuttram Kadithal, may end up directing Jothika for his next venture.
Sources say that after a strong comeback in 36 Vayadhinilae, she was waiting for a string script next.
Apparently she heard Bramma narrate one and she was mightily impressed and agreed to do it.
Bramma’s Kuttram Kadithal had won the National Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil.
‘After 36 Vayadhinile, she was not keen on taking up her next immediately, and was on the lookout for a good script.
Jyotika met Bramma recently and they discussed a script, which she liked as the story had a strong woman character.
So, she has now agreed to work on it and will start shooting for it once the other details are finalised’, say sources.
