It was all action at the executive committee meeting of South India Film Artistes Association took place in Chennai on Wednesday.
However it was said that no major decision were taken at the meeting, sources say that many things were discussed including ways to raise funds and also get the accounts of previous term led by Sarathkumar be submitted at the earliest.
Speaking to reporters before the executive meeting, general secretary of the association Vishal, said, ‘After we cancelled the deal with SPI Cinemas by paying a sum of Rs 2.48 crore spent by them towards cancellation of building we are now planning to get a building constructed at our own cost.’
It is said that a cricket match will be conducted on 10 April in Chennai in which Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan would be invited.
