Call him the busy actor in Tamil cinema. Subramaniapuram fame Sasikumar started the year woith bang with National award winning filmmaker Bala’s Tharai Thappatai.
Though the movie received mixed response at the box office, Sasikumar’s performance was widely hailed.
Meanwhile he went ahead to complete his next Vettrivel, directed by Vasanthmani. And interestingly its release rights has been grabbed by Lyca Internationals, the makers of Rajinikanth’s 2.0.
And the big news is that Lyca has decided to bankroll next venture of Sasikumar now. And directing the movie would be Muthiah.
Remember Muthiah made his debut with Pulikutty which had Sasi in the lead.
It seems things are falling in the right place for Sasikumar.
