Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai is going to have a colourful song in the flick. The ace director who is shooting in Chennai is said to be filming a colourful and grandeur Holi song at Binny Mills.
About 2000 dancers have been roped in for the sequence. The lead pair is also said to be in it.
On the other hand, Karthi, who is the protognist, will be seen in a clean-shaven appearance for flick. He plays an NRI pilot in the film and Bollywood actress Aditi plays the role of a doctor.
Kaatru Veliyidai is produced by Madras Talkies. RJ Balaji, Delhi Ganesh, Rukmini Vijayakumar, Shraddha Srinath, Vipin Sharma and K P A C Lalitha will be seen in pivotal roles. Music is by A R Rahman and Vairamuthu has penned the lyrics.
Camera is by Ravi Varman. The team will soon be heading to Kashmir for its next schedule.
