In one of those rare moment, Rajinikanth took to twitter to wish his 2.0 co-star all the success for the latter’s upcoming thriller Rustom.
Says Rajinikanth, ‘Dear @akshaykumar … I wish you all success for your forthcoming release #Rustom.’
The movie is set to release this Friday. It is based on the real-life incident of Naval Officer K M Nanavati, who was tried for the murder of his wife’s lover.
Rustom is directed by Tinu Suresh Desai and stars Ileana D’Cruz and Esha Gupta.
Rajinikanth and Akshay, will share the screen in the sequel to Enthiran, which is directed by Shankar. 2.0 is expected to theatres in 2017.
