Vijay’s 61st movie will be directed by none other than Atlee. The news which has been making the rounds in the social media had come true.
This news was confirmed by Sri Thenandal Films, which will be producing the flick. In its twitter handle, the production house wrote, ‘Official Announcement: Script locked today! #Thalapathy61 @actorvijay @Atlee_dir.’
In reply to it Atlee confirmed it in his twitter handle, he says,’ Once again back with Anna @actorvijay And happy to associate with @ThenandalFilms.’
This will be the second time Atlee will be directing Vijay. Their first flick Theri went on to become a massive hit.
The shooting of this movie is expected to commence in early 2017.
