Tentatively titled Saamy 2, this movie will also be centered around a cop. Vikram will reprise the role of Aarusaamy.
Meanwhile, the news is that Trisha who played the female lead in the first part will also to part of this film.
Says Trisha, ‘Wudnt call it a circle but looks like I’m back to where I started #SAAMY2 #onboard #doubletheaction #doublethelove #excited #Trish62.’
She then added, ‘My 1st superstar hero Vikram and Hari sir for the 3rd time, to be produced by Mr. Shibu Thameen n d very talented Mr. Harris Jayaraj #yesvrback.
Source say, the second part will be more interesting as it is expected to begin from the climax of the first part, which is a rarity in Kollywood.
However it is believed that Vikram, who plays the role of Aarusaamy, will have grey shades in the sequel.
Priyan will crank the camera and Harris Jayaraj will compose the music.
