Actor Vishnu Vishal’s second production venture Kathanayagan which also has him playing the lead will be out in theatres on 23 June.
The movie is directed by debutant Muruganandham.

Catherine Tresa plays the female lead. Comedian Soori is part of the cast. The movie includes vetran actor Anand Raj in the cast.
This is the second time Vishnu Vishal is acting with the vetran after Mundaasupatti. Vijay Sethupathi will be doing a special cameo.
Vishnu Vishal turned producer, with the flick Velainu Vandhutta Velaikaaran, under his banner Vishu Vishal Studioz and Kathanayagan is his second venture.
