G V Prakash who will soon be seen in cinematographer-filmmaker Rajeev Menon’s upcoming movie will be playing a new role.
We hear that the composer turned actor will be playing a drummer (percussionist) in this upcoming romantic musical.
The untitled flick will have music by A R Rahman. Sources say Rahman has already completed four tracks.
There has been no confirmation about who would be playing the female lead, however, sources say that Sai Pallavi might be roped in. The shoot for the flick is likely to begin by the end of this month.
This film also marks the comeback of Rajiv Menon as a director after a gap of 16 years. It may be recalled that Rajiv Menon last directed the film Kandukondein Kandukondein.
