Soundarya Rajinikanth is working back to back to make sure that her upcoming directorial VIP 2, which is a sequel of VIP, is all ready for the release date.
Sources say the movie will hit the screens on 14 July, if all goes as planned.
The movie has Dhanush playing the male lead. He has also penned the story and dialogues.
Amala Paul, who played Dhanush’s lady love in the first part and senior actors Vivek, Saranya Ponvannan and Samuthrakani are also starring in VIP2.
After nearly 20 years, Bollywood actress Kajol is playing a key role in this flick. Sources say, she has already completed her portion in the movie.
The film is produced by ‘Kalaipuli’ S Thanu and co-produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films.
