Kamal takes bull by its horns

Actor kamal Haaan while inaugurating a photo exhibition on Jallikattu in Chennai today said that it was a sport of bravado and symbol of culture and tourism for the state. The Thoongavanam star inaugurated the expo and went out the venue with joy as he looked at the display. The exhibition inaugurated by Kamal Haasan will remain open till November 8, (daily 10 am to 8 pm). The venue of the exhibition is Lalit Kala Akademi. Greams Road, Chennai. This exhibition showcases Jallikattu in all its glory and bravery and dedicates to salute the beast and the brave, as well as the people who loved and treated the animal as a precious member of their family, and those who thronged the rustic venues every year to celebrate the ultimate showcasing of courage and sportsmanship.
