Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs to take off on Zee Tamil

This month Chennai has plenty of excitement to look forward to. The hunt for South India’s next singing sensation starts. South India’s biggest singing talent show for children, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs will kick off with a glittering launch. The program which will be aired from December 24th onwards will be an outpouring of foot-tapping music, breath-taking performances and songs that bring a lump to your throat. Feel the power of music resonate through every episode. Gen Next is a profound mix of talent, intelligence and dedication. Given this platform, these talented young singers will not only find their way to popularity among Tamil audiences but also attract opportunities that could take them national and even international. Entries were invited from kids aged between 5 and 14 all over Tamil Nadu. 30 of the very best were chosen through a rigorous audition and out of these 15 qualified for the mega auditions. The competition is immensely tough and each participant is putting in long hours of practise to impress the celebrity judges. The top-notch judges are doyens in the music industry – playback singers Karthik and Vijay Prakash. Peppy anchor Archana adds that touch of fun.
