When is Tharai Thappattai releasing ?

National award winning filmmaker Bala's 'Tharai Thappatai' stars Sasikumar and Varalaxmi in lead roles. The movie has music by Ilayaraja, which happens to be his 1000th film. Sasikumar got injured while shooting for the climax which eventually resulted in more than two months break for the actor and the entire team of Tharai Thappattai. Sources say the shoot is almost complete and that the movie may be out in a couple of months. The movie revolves around karakattam and set in Thanjavur district.
